Marcello Tedesco (Bologna, 1979)
He trained at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, where he attended various workshops with artists from the international scene. He also obtained an anthroposophical training in Trento. Alongside his artistic work, he also undertakes the activity of a director. Since 2019 he is the creator, director and curator of mtn | temporary navile museum of Bologna and the Capital Project artistic residency program (Colle Ameno, Sasso Marconi). His artistic practice is focused on expanding the sculptural and architectural language. His works have been presented in prestigious contexts such as the National Art Gallery of Bologna, the Michetti Foundation (Francavilla al Mare), the Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan, the Bodini Civic Museum (Gemonio), PAC - Pavilion of Contemporary Art in Milan. Some videos of him have been included in the Turin GAM archive. He has also exhibited in international contexts such as the AV17 Gallery in Vilnius, the SAFA - State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia (Yerevan), Madeinbritaly (London), The Turist (Montevideo).
