Marco Angelini
Marco Angelini, born in Rome in 1971, lives and works between Rome and Warsaw. He holds a BA in Sociology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. He is interested in urban phenomena, cultures and (above all) sub-cultures that are created in the metropolises of the world. His expressive research is dominated by matter. He faces different phases of research that he often carries out simultaneously: art and nature, time and memory, interreligious dialogue and the dimension of the "sacred", art and science. He also expresses different interpretations on environmental issues. His abstract form perfectly interprets his fluid and changing poetics that suggests the existence of multiple realities.
He has made various solo exhibitions in Rome, Milan, Warsaw, Krakow, London, Bratislava, Algiers and participated in group exhibitions at public spaces and private galleries in New York, Washington DC, Tel Aviv, Abu Dhabi, Warsaw, Zamość, Szczecin, Munich Bavaria, Essen, London, Brussels, Rome, Lucca.
