Embark on an avant-garde journey with DeFineArt at the iconic Palazzo Pisani Revedin in Venice during the 60th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia 2024 September 4th to November 3rd.
The exhibition assembles a global congregation of artists and collectives, each contributing to a rich tapestry of diverse perspectives and innovative creations.
TheCollective Vision: "PATHs" is a conceptual and thematic alignment with the Biennale's overarching motif, 'Foreigners Everywhere.' This theme critically examines the fluidity of identity and the complexities of belonging in a globalised world. Our artists delve into these narratives, offering profound insights and compelling visual discourses. The eponymous group piece, showcased as an 8-meter installation titled "PATHs – Post Cards to Venice," integrates the voices of all participating artists and far beyond, into a collective manifesto with hundreds of signatures.
"The primary objective of this event is to establish the possibility for thousands of globally isolated artists to participate in a unified high-level, curated exhibition," said Peter Hopkins, Executive Curator of "PATHs" and Executive Director of the SHIM Art Network. "By merging analog practices with digital interface we will make possible that art can travel quickly and eco-responsibly across borders."
Jacqueline Amy Jackson, artist, curator, and sustainability specialist, spoke about the motivation inspiring her work and the collaborative spirit of her group:... read the rest of the article»
"Art has the power to transcend borders and dismantle privilege," she said. "Our collective showcases that when we embrace diversity, creativity flourishes. We're a testament to the transformative potential of art, where social justice and sustainability intertwine to create a better future for all."

Our Venice Biennale Showcase the third event at the Venice Biennale, running from September 4th through November 3rd, 2024, epitomises our vision for an interconnected art event. "PATHs" brings together hundreds of artists from dozens of countries in collective art pieces at the Palazzo Pisani-Revedin, emphasising communal engagement over individualism. Our themes – curated, eco-sensitive, and interactive – define the essence of the Artivism Awards.
By merging these distinct models into a cohesive art concept, we aim to enhance the art world's diversity and vibrancy.
