The International Gallery of Modern Art of Ca 'Pesaro, which houses important nineteenth-twentieth-century collections of paintings and sculptures, including masterpieces by Klimt, Chagall and notable works from Kandinsky to Klee, to Moore, as well as a rich selection of works of Italian artists and an important graphics cabinet, offers an exhibition path along ten rooms on the first floor of the Palazzo di Ca 'Pesaro, completely renovated in the layout and in the information equipment and proposes a suggestive and complex key to interpret the evolution of a period historical - artistic crucial.
Therefore, the inauguration, in conjunction with the 2013 International Biennale of Art, of a totally renewed path among the museum's collections, proposed under the title Colloqui, a new itinerary that wants to represent and tell the meaning of those relational dynamics takes on particular significance. and of those elective affinities, which are the basis of the great contemporary artistic history and of the relationships between artists. The story of the Venetian taste for twentieth century art is the thematic and chronological fil rouge of the new path, made up of stylistic and cultural affinities, a path that has been enriched - thanks to a new long-term deposit policy - of some very significant works, which will make it possible to strengthen some important presences of the early 1900s in the Ca'Pesaro collection: Boccioni, De Pisis, Sironi, Morandi, De Chirico, Burri, etc.
The second noble floor of the Palazzo di Ca 'Pesaro is home to temporary rotating exhibitions and the third floor houses the Museum of Oriental Art *, included in the tour, with a unified ticket.
