Group exhibition “Christmas Expo“

Galleria360 with the group exhibition “New Art” is welcoming the new year with a new selection of artist coming from different parts of the world. The opening night of the exhibition will take place on Friday 13th January 2023 at 7.30 pm in Borgo Ognissanti 77/R, Florence. The Jazz notes of the musicians who will play live during the vernissage will lead towards the beginning of this new artistic journey.
Through this journey we offer ourselves opportunities to enter worlds that are just waiting to be discovered. The artistic world is a mirror of those infinite realities and opportunities that we have in front of us and which we live. They are worlds made up of risks and events that we do not understand: we must not stop and observe them from a distance but find a way to be able to penetrate them, letting ourselves be guided by our emotions.
At a certain point it’s necessary to gamble, be disappointed or even rejected by the choices that we, in first person, have made.
In this way a new form of understanding will emerge from our inner side and reveal aspects that we wouldn’t have previously contemplated the existence. Every single stage is important, each of them will acquire a value that only the passing of time will be able to give them the shape.
No matter what we try to achieve in the journey outside of ourselves or in interpersonal relationships, we cannot escape from living.
With this awareness we’ll have to abandon reason and our sense of control, letting ourselves be transported into those worlds we never imagined we would come across and let life do what it does best: lead us not towards what we think we want, but toward what we need.
Artists take those risks, approach and play with those worlds without having any idea if it’s going to work or not, but they try. They experiment. They put themselves in front of those worlds, stepping out of their comfort zone and letting life take the reins of this artistic journey: letting go by trusting art, and maybe, where they arrive, it’ll be an artistic and emotional condition that will appear as a new promise for the future. And we are part of this promise, as privileged observers and users of an art that is born and grows around us and for us.
